A man mobilized from Chechnya to the "SVO" was convicted of refusing to participate in combat operations due to medical treatment
The Grozny Garrison Court sentenced Valigulla Magomedov, who was mobilized from Chechnya, to two years in a penal colony. He was found guilty of refusing to go to war from his unit.

In his defense, Magomedov said that he had previously been wounded in the "SVO" and due to the concussion he had received, he was scheduled for an operation to restore his eardrum. However, the investigation and the court decided that the health of the mobilized man allowed him to fulfill his military service duties.
