In Dagestan, households of about 90 thousand people are without power – in Makhachkala and other populated areas. The reason was a strong wind, the speed of which in the last few days reached 29 m/s. The hurricane is tearing off roofs, knocking down trees and knocking down concrete blocks at construction sites.

Electricity was cut off in the morning not only in Makhachkala, but also in Kaspiysk and some areas of Buinaksk. The end time of restoration work is still unknown. The power went out in Gunibsky, Akhtynsky, Rutulsky, Charodinsky and Kurakhsky districts of the republic.
