A disabled person who left offensive graffiti about Ramzan Kadyrov will be tried in Tatarstan

Law enforcement officers detained a disabled person of the third group, 43-year-old Dmitry Isakov, in Naberezhnye Chelny. One of the reasons was that he allegedly spray-painted graffiti in public places insulting the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.

In addition, the investigation believes that in December 2024, the man joined the ranks of the "Legion of Freedom of Russia", which is banned in the Russian Federation, and left graffiti of the association. He also allegedly took a photo with the "Legion" symbol against the background of "Victory Park" and sent a photo report to the "curators".

A criminal case has been opened against Isakov for participating in a "terrorist" organization (Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Under this article, he faces 10 to 20 years in prison.
