Residents of three regions of the North Caucasus Federal District are recognized as the least indebted
Ingushetia, Crimea, Dagestan, Sevastopol and Chechnya are recognized as the least indebted regions of the Russian Federation. They have the lowest ratio of per capita debt on loans to average wages.
 
In Ingushetia, the indicator is 15.5%, in Crimea - 30.4%, in Dagestan - 30.5%, according to RIA Novosti data.
 
Chechnya is in fifth place in the rating (31%), Kabardino-Balkaria - in 12th (46.4%), Stavropol Krai - in 50th (60.1%), Karachay-Cherkessia - in 70th (67.9%), North Ossetia - in 77th (73.8%).
 
The highest debt burden is among residents of Tuva and Kalmykia: more than 150% and 120%, respectively. High debt load is also observed in Adygea, Udmurtia and Tyumen Oblast. In these regions, the debt-to-salary ratio slightly exceeds 80%.
