Ingushetia resident denied the title of "Mother Heroine"

In Ingushetia, Khadizhat Dzakhkieva, a mother of many children who is raising ten children, has been denied the title of "Mother Heroine" for three years, despite meeting all the criteria.

The Dzakhkiev family faced bureaucratic red tape and contradictory responses from officials. After submitting documents in 2022, the family was initially denied, arguing that the selection had been completed. A re-submission of documents a year later was also unsuccessful. In the response from the head of the administration of the head of the republic, it was stated that the family's documents were sent to the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District, but after verification they were left unchanged. At the same time, the head of the department for state awards informed the Dzakhkievs that their application had been received by the Plenipotentiary Representative's office, but the award materials were withdrawn for revision.

The head of the family, Maksharip Dzakhkiev, regards what is happening as a scam, noting the lack of attention to their problem and the receipt of only formal replies.

“We have gone through all the local levels of government. And at no stage have we received any attention to our problem. In response, we only receive replies without any clear reasons for the refusal,” the father of many children shared.
