Kadyrov's 18-year-old son became Chechnya's Minister of Physical Education and Sports

Akhmat Kadyrov was appointed to the post of Minister of the Chechen Republic for Physical Culture and Sports. He replaced Isa Ibragimov in this post, who was transferred to the position of deputy head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic.

“I am absolutely confident that each of those nominated for high positions will fully justify the trust placed in him,” Kadyrov said.

In February, Akhmat Kadyrov was appointed Minister of Youth Affairs. He was replaced by Ramzan Vismuradov.

In April, the head of Chechnya appointed another, 16-year-old son of Adam Kadyrov, as curator of the Russian University of Special Forces named after Putin. This is an educational institution in the Russian Federation, created for the training of special units. The university was founded on August 1, 2013. In November 2023, Adam Kadyrov was appointed curator of the Sheikh Mansur battalion. In addition, he received at least 10 awards after beating 19-year-old Volgograd student Nikita Zhuravel in the Grozny pre-trial detention center.
