Aliyev and Vance Hold Expanded Meeting

On February 10, US Vice President J.D. Vance arrived in the capital of Azerbaijan on an official visit, Report reports. He was met at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov and other government officials.

According to AZERTAC, the national flags of both countries were flown, the official anthems of both countries were played, and an honor guard was formed in honor of the US Vice President.

As part of Vance's official visit to Baku, he met privately with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Following this meeting, the two leaders held an expanded meeting.
