The State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) detained several well-known representatives of opposition parties at once.

Turkey and Armenia plan to discuss the opening of borders as part of the ongoing process of normalizing relations. Serdar Kilic, Turkey's special representative, said that he is working with his Armenian counterpart Ruben Rubinyan on a number of issues to bring the two countries closer together.
