On the night of November 20, the village of Pobedinskoye came under artillery fire. One of the shells exploded near a checkpoint in the courtyard of a private house. Nothing is known about possible casualties among its residents, but there were rumors in the village that military personnel were hit by shell fragments. It is impossible to say how true these rumors are.

In Grozny, the 56th precinct came under artillery fire; residents of this residential area, Arbi Abdullaevich Bolotkhanov, born in 1981, and Musa Mezhidov, born in 1985, received shrapnel wounds.

Turkey has abolished the "foreigner" status for citizens of Turkic states, signing a decree simplifying their employment. Now, residents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will be able to work and do business in Turkey without citizenship or special permits (except for military and security service).
