The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan has warned citizens against participating in the armed conflict in Ukraine and other countries, reminding them of the criminal liability for such actions.
The office noted that participation in military operations abroad carries a prison sentence of 8 to 20 years, and in some cases, life imprisonment.
