Turkey has abolished the "foreigner" status for citizens of Turkic states, signing a decree simplifying their employment. Now, residents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will be able to work and do business in Turkey without citizenship or special permits (except for military and security service).

On June 14, the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System of Russia (Rosstatistics) updated information on the provision of the population with doctors working in state and municipal medical organizations. According to these data, of all the North Caucasus regions, the Chechen Republic has the fewest doctors. In May, their number was 28 people per 10 thousand population.
On average in Russia this figure is 40. St. Petersburg has the best supply of doctors (65 doctors per 10 thousand people). The worst regions are the Jewish Autonomous Okrug (26), Kurgan (26), Pskov (27) and Vladimir (28) regions. Chechnya closes the top five anti-leaders in the country.
In the North Caucasus Federal District, North Ossetia is best provided with doctors - 55. In the Stavropol Territory and Ingushetia, the picture is better than the Russian average - there are 44 specialists per 10 thousand population. The remaining regions are not far behind (35-39).
As New Dosh reported, in March the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, appointed his 20-year-old daughter Khutmat as curator of the republic’s health care. “From now on, the healthcare system of the Chechen Republic will be supervised by Khutmat Ramzanovna. We see that the rehabilitation service under her supervision has reached a qualitatively new level, now the knowledge and experience of Khutmat Kadyrova will contribute to the development of the entire medical industry,” Chechen Deputy Prime Minister Adam Alkhanov, the husband of Kadyrov’s other daughter, Khadizhat, said in his telegram channel.
