Deputy Chief of Logistics of the Russian Guard, former Deputy Commander of the Southern District of the Russian Guard Mirza Mirzaev was arrested in Moscow on charges of receiving a bribe in the amount of 140 million rubles.
According to the investigation, he demanded money from the supplier company for refusing to terminate a contract for 480 million rubles. This led to the detention of Mirzaev and the intermediary through whom the funds were transferred.
Mirza Mirzaev was previously called the richest general of the Russian Guard - he has several expensive cars and real estate, including a palace in Kislovodsk worth 50 million rubles. In addition, his three children also own expensive real estate worth 100 million rubles each.
