Authorities in Dagestan have banned the online publication of photographs and information about certain objects and events, citing security concerns. The ban includes images of bridges, air defense systems, the aftermath of drone attacks, as well as information about the type, launch location, crash site, and flight path of drones. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the republic, Sergey Melikov.

Polish MEP Krzysztof Breiza called on the European Commission led by Ursula von der Leyen to urgently intervene in the situation with the detention in Armenia of Georgian fighter Georgi Kinoyan, who fought for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He faces extradition at the request of the Russian Federation.
Breiza and his colleagues in the European Parliament expressed concern about the threat to Kinoyan's life and called for immediate diplomatic intervention by the EU to protect human rights, justice and European values. The MEP stressed that delay or silence in this matter is unacceptable.
"The extradition process provides for up to eight months, but Armenian lawyers warn that, based on precedents, Georgiy could be sent to Russia within 2-3 weeks. In the event of extradition, his life will be in serious danger - persecution or death at the hands of Russia are inevitable," Breiza said.
Earlier, Georgian citizen Georgiy Kinoyan, who fought for Ukraine as part of the "Georgian Legion", was detained on the Armenian-Georgian border. According to Tbilisi, Kinoyan was put on the wanted list by Russia via the DESETE system, which is not available to Georgian border services. Thus, Tbilisi was not notified that Kinoyan was wanted.
