Authorities in Dagestan have banned the online publication of photographs and information about certain objects and events, citing security concerns. The ban includes images of bridges, air defense systems, the aftermath of drone attacks, as well as information about the type, launch location, crash site, and flight path of drones. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the republic, Sergey Melikov.

28% of residents of Ingushetia and 21% of Karachay-Cherkessia have incomes below the subsistence level, i.e. less than 14 thousand rubles per month. According to this indicator, the republics occupy first and third places in the Russian Federation.
Also in the top ten in terms of poverty were Chechnya (17.4%), Kabardino-Balkaria (14.2%) and Dagestan (13%). On average, in these regions the cost of living varies in the range of 12–14 thousand rubles.
The lowest level of poverty was recorded in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (3.6%), St. Petersburg (4.4%), and Moscow (4.5%). The average figure for the Russian Federation is 8.5%.
Last year, the top ten outsiders in terms of the ratio of the average resident’s income to the cost of a fixed consumer set of goods and services included the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Ingushetia and Chechnya. Karachay-Cherkessia was in last, 85th place with an indicator of 1.15. Ingushetia was in 83rd place. Here, the monthly income of the average resident can purchase 1.27 fixed sets of goods and services. Chechnya took 79th place (1.48).
The leader of the rating was the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug with the highest score – 5.9. In second place is the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (4.61), in third is Chukotka (3.91).
