Turkey has abolished the "foreigner" status for citizens of Turkic states, signing a decree simplifying their employment. Now, residents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will be able to work and do business in Turkey without citizenship or special permits (except for military and security service).
Kadyrov announced the possibility of publishing the Quran in Russia

Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov announced the creation of conditions for publishing the Quran in the republic.
This speech was delivered at a congress of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Chechnya, which Kadyrov attended. Mufti Salah-Khadzhi Mezhiyev, who was re-elected, presented him with a unique copy of the Quran with Chechen ornamentation. Kadyrov was also awarded the "Defender of the Sunnah" Order by the mufti.
"Now the Chechen Republic will become the first region in Russia to create conditions for its own publication of the Noble Quran. This event has special spiritual and cultural significance for all our people," Kadyrov noted.
