A meeting of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee was held in Moscow, dedicated to countering the spread of terrorist ideology, neo-Nazism, and religious extremism in the North Caucasus Federal District.

The head of Chechnya commented on the rumors that have filled the entire Russian-language segment (partly and not only this) of the Internet over the past few days about the allegedly critical state of his health.
According to these rumors, Ramzan Kadyrov either fell into a coma or has already died, and information about this is supposedly not disclosed until the Kremlin decides on his successor.
Ramzan Kadyrov, amid rumors about his serious illness and hospitalization in Moscow, said that he visited the Central Clinical Hospital, however, this visit was not related to his personal health, but to a visit to his uncle (father’s brother).
"Friends, these days our family was very worried about our dear UNCLE Magomed Abdulkhamidovich Kadyrov. Praise be to the Almighty, he is already on the mend. During my work trip to Moscow, at the first opportunity I visited the Central Clinical Hospital, where I found him in a good mood spirit. Even in a hospital bed, he behaves well and does not miss the opportunity to give orders to members of our large family. I encouraged my dear UNCLE, wished him a speedy recovery and conveyed words of support from my dear MOTHER,” the head of Chechnya wrote in his TG channel. At the same time, he did not explain what illness brought his uncle to the capital’s hospital for high-ranking officials, causing a real stir in dozens of media outlets, which decided that the presence on the territory of the Central Clinical Hospital of expensive cars with license plates belonging to people from Ramzan Kadyrov’s inner circle certainly indicates hospitalization and the critical state of health of the head of Chechnya himself.
Commenting on these messages, Kadyrov wrote: “Praise be to the Almighty, I am alive and well and I don’t understand at all why even in the case of my illness there should be a fuss? Although this has its own plus: now the audience knows which media and which persons are openly lying to its readers."
A Chechen political scientist and journalist from Europe, who wished to remain anonymous, in a conversation with our correspondent, expressed confidence that the massive replication of unconfirmed messages by dozens of TG channels and serious media outlets with a huge audience indicates their deplorable state with the receipt of insider information, since none from these media in a week it was not possible to reliably find out what was really happening in the Kremlin hospital and where the head of Chechnya was.
