HRC and Ingushetia are among the worst in quality of life.

In the new rating of RIA Novosti on the quality of life KSR took 80th place, and Ingushetia - penultimate, 84th. Worse position only at Tuva.
The Stavropol Territory moved from the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District from 27th to 25th place, CBD from 75th to 65th, Chechnya from 74th to 67th, Dagestan from 69th to 68th, North Ossetia from 76th to 74th. The first lines of the rating are Moscow, Saint Petersburg and the Moscow region. 
The calculation included 67 indicators, including income, employment, housing, security, demographics, environment, education and health.
