The health of Adam Kadyrov, the son of Chechen leader Adam Kadyrov, who was injured in a traffic accident in Grozny, is improving, according to the Agency, citing sources close to the Russian presidential administration and the Chechen authorities.
The number of casualties in Adygea after a drone struck a residential building has risen to 13. Two of them are in intensive care, and the total number of hospitalized people, according to the head of the republic, Murat Kumpilov, is nine.
According to Kumpilov, 27 people, including one child, are being accommodated at a temporary accommodation center. It was previously reported that a drone strike caused the fire that engulfed a residential building and a parking lot in the village of Novaya Adygeya. Kumpilov uses the term "enemy attack."
"I inspected the multi-story building damaged by the enemy attack and the surrounding area. After that, I will hold an off-site meeting with representatives of law enforcement agencies, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Takhtamukaysky District administration, and heads of utility companies. "We will discuss the current situation, the progress of restoration and support work, security issues, and the next steps for all services. The situation is completely under control," he reported.
However, Ukrainian Telegram channels and the publication ASTRA claim that the fire likely broke out after a Russian air defense missile fell. ASTRA analyzed eyewitness footage from the scene, including footage of the moment of impact, and concluded that a Russian missile struck the residential building.
