Property of former Chief Judge of Adygea worth 13 billion rubles confiscated

Assets of former Chairman of the Supreme Court of Adygea Aslan Trakhov and his family, worth over 13 billion rubles, have been seized by the state following a lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office.

The court's decision, which is subject to immediate enforcement, concerns 214 properties, including shares in Monorama Adygeya LLC and Lucky LLC worth a total of 5.5 billion rubles, 118 land plots with a total area of ​​26 hectares worth 3.7 billion rubles, 71 commercial buildings worth 3 billion rubles, and residential buildings worth over 1 billion rubles.

The investigation established that the property was registered to Trakhov's relatives, including his son, wife, and her father. The former judge's daughter purchased 68 properties worth 520 million rubles, many of which were subsequently sold.
