Contract soldier from Chechnya denied compensation for poisoning at the "SVO"
The Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don upheld the decision of the Grozny Garrison Court, refusing to pay compensation in the amount of 3 million rubles to a contract soldier of the Russian Guard from Chechnya, Ramazan Gadzimagomedov. He tried to get the money by proving that he was "injured" at the "SVO".

In July 2022, Gadzimagomedov served at posts, inspecting passing cars on the territory of Ukraine. Some carriers were carrying medicines. One day, the contract soldier was taken to the hospital in serious condition. A large dose of an antiepileptic drug was found in his body.

The Rosgvardia employee stated in court that he could have been poisoned by unknown saboteurs. However, this version was rejected. The courts came to the conclusion that the soldier himself used psychotropic substances due to "personal negligence."
