The Kremlin Threatens Armenia with «Negative Consequences» for Agreeing to Court Martial Law

Armenia’s intention to accede to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) could have «negative consequences» for Yerevan. This was stated in the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Moscow has called the decision of the Armenian authorities absolutely unacceptable against the background of the ICC decision to issue an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin. The Russian leadership calls the warrant itself legally insignificant.
