Ramiz Mehdiyev, the former head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, has been placed under house arrest for four months. He is accused of attempting to seize state power, treason, and laundering criminally acquired property.

The political prisoner demands to recover the material damage connected with the illegal actions of the administration of SIZO-3.
During his detention in the remand centre, Mustafayev was unable to issue a power of attorney to his relatives for various actions.
