Authorities in Dagestan have banned the online publication of photographs and information about certain objects and events, citing security concerns. The ban includes images of bridges, air defense systems, the aftermath of drone attacks, as well as information about the type, launch location, crash site, and flight path of drones. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the republic, Sergey Melikov.

Uzeir Abdullaev, who is serving a 13-year sentence, was placed in the punishment cell of Correctional Colony No. 16 in the city of Salavat (Republic of Bashkortostan).
Dilyara Abdullaeva, the mother of the convicted man, said that her son was sentenced to 15 days in punishment cell, where he will be held until September 20. In her opinion, the reason for placing Uzeir in punishment cell was his complaints about the pressure exerted on his brother Teymur Abdullaev, who is also serving a sentence in Salavat, but in a different colony (IK-2).
At the end of August, Teymur Abdullaev reported that the colony employees forced him to fabricate a violation in order to place him in a single cell-type room (SCT). According to the guards, he received an “order from the FSIN administration.” During his stay in the colony, Teymur spent more than 1,020 days in solitary confinement.
In June 2019, the North Caucasus District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced brothers Teymur and Uzeir Abdullaev to 16.5 and 13 years in prison, respectively. The Crimean Tatars were detained for their involvement in the activities of the Islamic party Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is banned in Russia. In many countries, it operates without restrictions at the level of national legislation. Before his detention, Teymur Abdullaev taught taekwondo in a sports section and raised five children.
