Magomed Ramazanov announced the upcoming dismissal of approximately 30% of Dagestan's officials

The Dagestan government's personnel will be replaced by 30%. The head of the regional government, Magomed Ramazanov, announced the upcoming restructuring.

"We strive to retain valuable specialists with a solid professional background. It is important that their experience is not lost. At the same time, appropriate personnel decisions, including dismissal, will be made for those who do not meet established standards. The scale of the changes will not be excessive, but the replacement will affect approximately 30% of the staff," the prime minister clarified.

Magomed Ramazanov took office as Chairman of the Dagestan Government on May 13. This appointment was formalized by a decree of the acting head of the region, Fyodor Shchukin. During his speech to the People's Assembly of the republic, Ramazanov noted that he had received numerous requests from current officials asking him to retain their positions.

As a reminder, on May 6, Fyodor Shchukin dismissed the government of Dagestan and simultaneously appointed Magomed Ramazanov as acting prime minister. Prior to this, Ramazanov served as deputy presidential envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, then held a similar position in the presidential envoy's office for the North Caucasus Federal District. He also has experience in the Federal Security Service.
