The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the leadership of Chechnya, Ingushetia and the KKR in recruitment of contract workers

According to him, Chechnya, Ingushetia and Karachay-Cherkessia were among the best regions in terms of implementation of the recruitment plan for contract service.
In May, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced that since the beginning of Russia's war against Ukraine, more than 26 thousand people from the republic had been sent to the combat zone. According to him, 12,000 of them are volunteers.
According to experts, a significant part of these 13.5 thousand new contract workers - not newly called up, but already mobilized in the troops.
