The Trump Tower Tbilisi project—a complex of buildings slated for construction on the site of the former hippodrome in the Saburtalo district—was unveiled in Tbilisi. Representatives from the development companies and Georgian officials, including Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, attended the event.

Armenia’s Constitutional Court has ruled that the country's obligations under the TRIPP project agreement and the provisions of the charter for Donald Trump’s "Peace Council" are consistent with the Constitution. The documents may now be submitted to the National Assembly for ratification.

The Telavi District Court fined activist Malkhaz Machalikashvili 1,000 lari (approximately $380) for making a public, insulting comment directed at Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder of the ruling "Georgian Dream" party. Machalikashvili was not present at the hearing.

On the night of September 16, 71 drones were destroyed over Russian territory, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. The regions targeted included the Kuban, as well as the Rostov and Astrakhan regions.
