Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced a military parade for May 28, the First Republic Day. Acknowledging that the parade could be perceived as a rejection of the peace agenda, he emphasized: "This is not so much a parade as a report to the citizens of Armenia." The head of government assured that the authorities are working with international partners to avoid such a perception.
Moscow sent humanitarian aid to Iran via Azerbaijan
Russia sent 300 tons of medical supplies to Iran via Azerbaijan. This is the second humanitarian shipment in recent memory.
According to The Financial Times, Western intelligence agencies suspect Moscow of secretly negotiating the supply of attack drones to Tehran. These discussions are believed to have intensified following the US and Israeli strikes on Iran, and preparations for the shipments may have begun in March.
Russian authorities, represented by Dmitry Peskov, categorically deny these reports, calling them "false propaganda." Concurrently, media reports have previously surfaced claiming that Russia is allegedly sharing intelligence with Iran, including data on US troop movements.
