Muftiate of Dagestan against niqabs

The Muftiate of Dagestan will ban the niqab, a women's head covering that hides the face. Mufti Akhmad Abdulaev advised “keep your wives at home” to men who want to hide them from prying eyes. Recent terrorist attacks are cited as justification for the ban in Dagestan. More details in our video.
