In the city of Argun, Russian soldiers burst into the house of Sultan Yasuev’s family at night. They took the nephew of the owner of the house into the yard and shot him. The corpse was dressed in camouflage uniform and, filming it on a video camera, they made a comment that it was a killed militant. Then they invited an employee of the prosecutor's office, who also testified that a militant who resisted was killed. The uncle of the murdered man claims that in fact his nephew, Yasuev, was not a militant, that the military staged everything and committed an extrajudicial execution.
