The Parliament of Chechnya took the 73rd position, Ingushetia - 64th, Dagestan - 51st. On the 34th place is the People's Assembly of Karachay-Cherkessia, on the 46th - the Parliament of North Ossetia. The most open analysts considered the Dumas of Tatarstan and the Astrakhan region, as well as the Legislative Assembly of Transbaikalia.

Experts assessed the openness of regional legislative bodies according to several criteria. This is the presence in social networks, the presence of broadcasts of meetings, the publication of transcripts, voting results and the agenda, feedback from voters - by phone, e-mail, through the website of the parliament.
