Pashinyan spoke about relations with Europe and peace with Azerbaijan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that there is a certain "positive reaction in society" to the recent collection of signatures on the country's accession to the European Union. According to him, he was confident that 50 thousand signatures would be collected. Moreover, he believes it is possible to collect 300 thousand signatures needed to put the issue to a referendum. However, the ruling faction did not discuss the decision to hold a referendum.

In addition, as Pashinyan reported, Armenia proposed to withdraw EU observers from those sections of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border that will be delimited. He noted that after the last meeting of the border demarcation commissions, the parties mutually submitted proposals on a number of sections for further delimitation work.

The Armenian Prime Minister also does not rule out the possibility of mutual withdrawal of Yerevan and Baku's lawsuits from international bodies.

"If we are striving for real peace and signing a peace treaty, then we can consider such a deal," he suggested.

Pashinyan declared his readiness "to do everything 100% and even more" for the peace agreement with Azerbaijan to be signed by the end of 2024.
