Five Dagestan residents arrested on charges of preparing a terrorist attack
The Soviet District Court of Makhachkala arrested residents of the Kizlyar District of Dagestan for two months. According to security forces, the five men intended to commit explosions. They were called supporters of ISIS (a banned terrorist organization).
The criminal case states that components for making explosive devices, including a ton of ammonium nitrate, were found in the suspects' hiding place.
