Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. When asked about the possibility of improving Russian-Georgian relations if the payment were made, Peskov noted that the Kremlin views this issue as a separate matter.
Almost half of Armenians consider it beneficial to sever relations with the Russian Federation

36.5% of Armenian citizens surveyed believe that the severance of relations with the Russian Federation is entirely based on the interests of the country. Another 13.2% think that this is beneficial for Armenia. This was stated by the director of the GALLUP International association office in Yerevan, Aram Navasardyan.
42% of respondents believe that the severance of relations with the Russian Federation does not proceed from the interests of the country; 4.8% of respondents found it difficult to answer.
40% of respondents also believe that Armenia should not be a member of security organizations and should remain neutral. At the same time, 28% said that it was necessary to remain a member of the CSTO, and 22.5% voted for joining NATO.
