Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. When asked about the possibility of improving Russian-Georgian relations if the payment were made, Peskov noted that the Kremlin views this issue as a separate matter.
A teenager from Adygea was convicted of photographing military units

The Supreme Court of Adygea found a Maykop resident guilty of treason and sentenced him to 4.5 years in prison.
According to the investigation and the court, from the end of 2021 to the beginning of 2023, the minor took photographs of the locations of military units of the Russian Ministry of Defense on the territory of Maykop. He then emailed the photos to a “foreign government representative.”
According to the court, the perpetrator repented of his crime. The positive characteristics of the young man, victories at the Olympics and chronic diseases were taken into account as mitigating factors.
