The Second Western District Military Court sentenced Ingush natives Ramazan Padiyev and Batukhan Tochiyev to 18 and 22 years in a maximum-security penal colony. According to Kommersant, they were found guilty of complicity in the terrorist attack that resulted in the deaths of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, the head of Russia's Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense (RCBD) forces, and his adjutant, Ilya Polikarpov.
After a raid by security forces in Rostov, they want to send migrants to war with Ukraine
FSB officers conducted a raid on the Temernik market in Rostov and brought about 20 immigrants from Central Asia with Russian citizenship to the department. Then they were taken to the military commissariat for military registration. Security forces checked more than five thousand people, eighteen of them were on Russian territory illegally, the department specified.
Only in August, raids took place in different cities of the Russian Federation to serve migrants with summonses to the military registration and enlistment office. In particular, they took place in Krasnodar, Perm, Chelyabinsk, Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Sverdlovsk and Belgorod regions.
