Azerbaijani gas supplies to Ukraine stopped after Russian strikes

After the Russian troops struck a compressor station in the Odessa region, through which test deliveries of Azerbaijani gas to Ukraine were carried out, they actually stopped.

Although the total volume of gas imports to Ukraine in the first 10 days of September amounted to 236 million cubic meters, deliveries from Romania were stopped due to possible damage to the infrastructure. As a result, Ukraine's dependence on gas from Hungary and Slovakia, mainly of Russian origin, increased: the volume of imports reached 145 million cubic meters. The volume of deliveries from Poland amounted to 101 million cubic meters.

Recall that the compressor station that was attacked was located near the border with Romania and was part of the route connecting Greek LNG terminals with Ukrainian gas storage facilities - it was used to deliver test volumes of Azerbaijani and American liquefied gas.
