The President of Azerbaijan refused to go to Moscow for the Victory Parade

Azerbaijani President Ilham Ilham will not go to Moscow for the Victory Parade on May 9. This was announced by Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Yuri Ushakov.

According to Ushakov, the Azerbaijani leader recently came to Moscow and meetings were held with him.

It was previously noted that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not attend the inauguration of Russian President Putin. This was announced by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan.

Today Vladimir Putin will officially take office as President of the Russian Federation for the fifth time. The inauguration is scheduled for noon at the Grand Kremlin Palace.

Putin will take the oath of allegiance to the Russian Federation on the Constitution, which has all the amendments of 2020 and 2022. After the ceremony, the entire Cabinet of Ministers will resign.
