Criminal case opened against son of Chechen multimillionaire

The Moscow Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article "Use of violence against a government official" against 23-year-old Timur Bazhaev. He is the son of Chechen billionaire Musa Bazhaev.

It is reported that Timur Bazhaev behaved inappropriately near the Luzhniki stadium. When police officers tried to calm him down, the guy attacked them. He was detained. In the near future, he will undergo a medical examination, and then the court will choose a preventive measure for him.

A native of Georgia of Chechen origin, Musa Bazhaev is the president and co-owner of the multi-industry concern "Alliance Group". He is also a member of the board of directors of the Russian Platinum group of companies and holds the position of chairman there. His fortune is estimated at 750 million dollars.
