Russia and Ukraine exchanged prisoners again

Russia and Ukraine exchanged prisoners again. The head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Ermak, announced the return of 12 people who defended, in particular, Mariupol, the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and Zmeiny Island.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the return of 9 Russians from captivity.
