Russia launched missile strikes on Kyiv, Lvov, Kharkov, Rivne and Zhitomir. At least 90 missiles and 10 kamikaze drones were used. There are dead and wounded, residential buildings and critical infrastructure have been destroyed. 10 million people were left without electricity.
Rockets fell in the Polish village of Przewodów, 8 km from the border with Ukraine. Two people died. An investigation is underway. According to one version, the missile was fired by Ukrainian air defense, repelling a Russian attack.
The pumping of Russian oil to Hungary has stopped. Due to the shelling, there was not enough power to operate the Druzhba oil pipeline.
A unit of the 94th operational regiment of the Russian Guard from the Chechen Urus-Martan left the bodies of killed soldiers when retreating from the Kherson region, Ukrainian telegram channels reported with reference to the Security Service of Ukraine.
Kyiv admitted that negotiations with Russia would become possible in the second half of 2023, subject to the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine. The Russian Foreign Ministry called this condition unacceptable.

The Tbilisi City Court found former Georgian Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze guilty of abuse of office and money laundering and sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
