TBILISI, July 24 — Tbilisi and much of Georgia were left without electricity overnight after a major disruption to the country’s power grid, according to preliminary information. Authorities have not yet identified the cause of the outage.
The Russian army shells Kupyansk and Avdeevka
Kupyansk and Avdeevka came under shelling from the Russian side. Residential apartment buildings and a gas pipeline were damaged. There are no casualties.
In the UK, the second group of Ukrainian military personnel is completing training in operating the AS90 self-propelled artillery mount.
