Property worth 31 million rubles confiscated from former Dagestan Deputy Prime Minister

The Leninsky District Court of Stavropol, following a lawsuit filed by the First Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, confiscated property worth over 31 million rubles from former Dagestan Deputy Prime Minister Rayudin Yusufov and his relatives.

According to investigators, this property, including land plots, a residential building, and a capital construction project, was concealed from cadastral registration and not included in the anti-corruption declaration.

Rayudin Yusufov served as Dagestan Deputy Prime Minister from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, the Lefortovo Court of Moscow found him and former Acting Prime Minister of the Republic Abdusamad Gamidov guilty of embezzling approximately 40 million rubles from the budget. Gamidov received a 6.5-year sentence, and Yusufov received a 5.5-year sentence. He was released in 2022.
