Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan delivered a speech in Armenian at the expanded summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Bishkek. The Kremlin described this as a "signal" regarding Armenia's sovereignty but admitted it "did not understand" why the statement could not have been made in Russian.
SBU announced suspicion of the head of the Chechen parliament
The SBU has charged the head of the Chechen parliament, Magomed Daudov, with involvement in a full-scale Russian invasion. “Daudov is part of Kadyrov’s inner circle and carries out his instructions to wage an aggressive war,” the department’s website says.
As a result of the shelling, three residents of three regions of Ukraine were killed and 17 were wounded.
