Former Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili admitted to receiving illegal income over many years during questioning at the State Security Service's Anti-Corruption Agency. This was announced at a press conference by the agency's director, Emzar Dzagnidze, who emphasized that Garibashvili had fully cooperated with the investigation.
"Accordingly, in the coming days, the investigation, based on the existing and additional evidence obtained, will consider both the qualification of his actions and the selection of a preventive measure against him, which will also be made public," Dzagnidze concluded.
