Russian forces launched a new missile strike on Ukraine: there are dead and wounded

At night, Russian aviation fired 18 cruise missiles into Ukraine. 4 people died. In Pavlograd, 40 people were injured, including three children, and 19 high-rise buildings were damaged.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces received another package of military assistance from Germany: the IRIS-T anti-aircraft complex, eight Zetros trucks and two forklifts.

Russian vessels have been spotted in areas of the Baltic Sea where undersea power cables are laid and near wind farms. Authorities in Sweden and Finland fear a blow to energy networks. The navies of these countries are on high alert.
