Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed hope to visit Azerbaijan in 2028 to participate in the 10th European Political Community (EPC) Summit. He made this statement at the 8th EPC Summit taking place in Yerevan today. He also thanked Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for participating in the event online.
It has become known about the presumed death of the second Rosgvardia officer injured in the attack in Chechnya. This was reported by the opposition channel NIYSO.
Recall that on October 24, unknown persons attacked a military convoy near the village of Petropavlovskaya in the suburbs of Grozny. "As a result of the shelling, one of the servicemen died, the second was wounded. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he is receiving all the necessary assistance. Measures are being taken to find and detain the attackers," the Rosgvardia reported earlier.
The first Rosgvardia officer killed was Dmitry Vereshchenko from the Tyumen region. NIYSO does not name the second victim. According to the channel, raids have been taking place in four settlements of the Grozny district for the fourth day: in Tsentor-Yurt, Berkat-Yurt, the village of Ilyinovskaya, and Petropavlovskaya itself.
