The court nationalized the oil company of the State Secretary of Dagestan and his relatives

The Soviet District Court of Makhachkala satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office against the State Secretary of Dagestan Magomed-Sultan Magomedov and his relatives. The oil company "Kaspetrolservis" ("Dagnefteprodukt"), including land plots, buildings and gas stations, was seized from their property.

According to the prosecutor's office, Magomedov received the property as a result of corruption violations. It is alleged that, knowing that the enterprise "Dagnefteprodukt" is part of federal property, he transformed it into an open joint-stock company. His relatives became shareholders.

The day before, security forces detained Magomedov and also conducted searches at 50 addresses associated with him.
