Yashar Shikhametov, a Crimean Tatar and political prisoner currently serving a sentence in a penal colony in Russia's Kemerovo region, has been assigned Group III disability status. His health is deteriorating rapidly; due to joint and spinal issues, he is barely able to move around on his own. Sources among human rights defenders in temporarily occupied Crimea reported this to *Suspilne Krym*.
The Nevinnomyssk Azot Chemical Plant in Stavropol Krai has been the target of another Ukrainian drone attack. This is at least the fifth incident involving this plant since the start of the "SVO."
On the night of March 13, several drones were shot down over the plant, and their debris fell on Azot's premises. The regional governor confirmed that the attack over the industrial zone was repelled.
The plant has been repeatedly attacked since 2025, including incidents in January, December, August, and July. An attack by 13 UAVs in June 2025 damaged production facilities, the roof of the cafeteria, and the anti-drone defense system, leading to the temporary suspension of operations.
It is noted that EuroChem plants, including the Nevinnomyssk Azot, supplied acids used in the production of explosives.
