Abdul-Malik Albagachiyev, suffering from epilepsy, from Ingushetia, is being held in torture conditions in the Astrakhan colony of 10. Yerevan. Albagachiev was convicted in 2018. He was charged with participation in an illegal armed formation in Syria. The confession of guilt was beaten with torture, as noted by «Public verdict». The man did not admit guilt.
