13 natives of the North Caucasus republics received real terms on charges of hooliganism due to a mass fight with citizens of Tajikistan that took place in Moscow.

According to investigators, Magomed Daglaev, businessman Tapdyg Yusubov, Elgun Aliyev, Arsen Asatryan, Ramzan and Amirkhan Abdul-Kadyrov, Movsar Abdurashidov, Abu-Bakar Badayev, Khamzat Vizayev, Yunus Zhabrailov, Zaur Machigov, Ali Khizriev and Said-Magomed Tasatayev beat up citizens of Tajikistan named Sharipov and Sharifzode who worked at a car wash in May 2023.

The defendants admitted guilt but refused to testify. Earlier, they said that they had received a message, the author of which claimed that their fellow countryman Tasatayev had been beaten by "Asians" and asked for help in resolving the conflict. Most of the defendants in the case were sentenced to two years and nine months in prison. The court considered the health of the accused and their relatives, their admission of guilt, and assistance to the "SVO" members as mitigating circumstances.
